Recycling Plastic Bags Donation Campaign
Plastic water bags (known as Pure water rubbers) are scattered across the landscape in Ghana, presenting a serious waste issue.
Eco-Clean Ghana turns this waste into school bags for children.
Our goal is to donate 10,000 of these school bags to school children as a way of raising awareness for waste management and sanitation issues. This campaign will consist of forming school clubs which empower school children to act as agents of change in their communities. They will solve practical issues, asking how they can separate waste, how they can discuss the waste problem with their elders, and where to collect waste to recycling.
